You don’t need to be primal to appreciate the food, you just have to love noms!
Sam is a work-at-home Mom, food love-ah, master of block building, primal enthusiast & loves to experiment in the kitchen. She first learned about the primal lifestyle from her husband and after much skepticism & resistance, gave it a try. Sam lost 60 lbs. following the principles & science behind Mark Sisson’s Primal Blueprint. She felt healthier, stronger & more energetic than she ever had, all while eating delicious noms & not counting calories.
Sam is constantly looking for new meal inspirations which she finds from the internet (gotta love Pinterest!), the local markets & restaurants, and her friends & family. She loves to try recipes from other primal bloggers, tweak classic recipes to meet primal standards & create her own concoctions.
